Itinerary

Day 1

MACHAERUS - WADI MUSA - MONDAY

After breakfast we will leave Jerusalem and head to the border to cross into Jordan. Our first stop will be Machaerus, where John the Baptist was beheaded. From there we will head to Petra in Wadi Musa. Overnight near Petra

Day 2

PETRA - WADI RUM - TUESDAY

Today we will explore one of the seven wonders of the ancient World – Petra. In addition to hiking to the monastery there will be free time to explore the tombs and temples carved into red sandstone. Petra was the Nabatean capitol built around 300 BC. In the evening we will drive to the Wadi Rum for a Bedouin dinner under the stars in the desert before spending the night in a modernized Bedouin tent.

Day 3

WADI RUM - MA'IN HOT SPRINGS RESORT - Wednesday

We will start our day with breakfast and then we’re off for our Jeep tour and Camel ride of the Wadi Rum Desert. The magical place where Lawrence of Arabia, Star Wars, the Martian and most recently Aladdin were filmed. After our Bedhouin lunch we will head north and visit Shobak; a Crusaders Castle built in the 12^th century by Baldwin the I, the first King of Jerusalem. Then on to Ma’in Hot Springs Resort to enjoy the natural thermal hot springs. Overnight Ma’in Hot Springs

Day 4

MADABA - MOUNT NEBO - AMMAN - Thursday

Breakfast at Ma’in Hot Springs Resort before heading north to Madaba to visit St George Church and then Mount Nebo. From there will drive to Amman (or Tel Aviv) and visit the Citadel and other sites before we have our final Farewell Dinner in Amman as the tour concludes, before driving to the Amman airport.

Day 5

USA - Friday

Depart Amman, Jordan or Tel Aviv for the USA

Payment Terms:

Kris Kimball

Kris Kimball has been a student of ancient religions, ancient histories and the Hermetic Tradition for the last 10 years. Her study has
included on site research in the Middle East, Great Britain, France and the United States. She loves exploring history, mysteries and
traditions in person on-site where they took place, it’s the best way to bring history to life and make it real. Kris has taught Gospel Doctrine for the last 6 years in her Church, she is co-host of the Liberty Moms Podcast, and is a presenter at Rod Meldrum’s FIRM Foundation Conference.

Kris is a wife, other of 3 and grandmother to 7 amazing grandchildren. She is part owner of Legacy Tours and Travel and loves to travel and explore. Kris calls herself a “Truth Seeker” and loves sharing her passion of history, mysteries and traditions with others.
